OUR COMMERCIAL FLOOR SEALING SERVICES
Prior to applying floor sealer, we run our power trowels over the surface of the concrete, leaving the entire floor with a smooth, marble like finish. Once this step is completed, we evenly spray the sealer so that it will embed into the concrete pores. Excess liquid is removed with one of our ride-on or walk behind scrubbers.
Floor sealing is different than floor coatings in that it does not add anything to the surface of the concrete. Sealed concrete makes for an easier cleanup of oil, grease, and other surface contaminants as the surface is far more dense and much less porous, creating a dust proof environment. This process has become an essential choice for developers and general contractors on warehouse floors with heavy weight bearing functionality from racking and forklift traffic.
